We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop long-term relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of our products and services. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, understand their needs, and work to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions.

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services.

  • Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service, product development) to meet client expectations.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and account management practices.
